SHL tools for personality assessment
SHL defines personality as a typical or preferred way of behaving, thinking, and expressing a person’s feelings.
The OPQ is based on this SHL definition of personality and presents a represents a tool for assessing behavior exclusively in the work environment.

Motivational Questionnaire (MQ)
The motivation questionnaire measures the extent to which an individual is motivated by aspects such as achievement and competition, recognition and personal development, interest, flexibility and status. By understanding the motivators of their employees, managers can develop the full potential of each member of their team, as well as direct their energy in the most constructive way. This questionnaire measures 18 dimensions of an individual’s motivation and provides a detailed insight into situations that increase or decrease the level of his motivation.
At the end of the psychological assessment, you get a report on the candidate’s result in 4 categories: 1. Very motivating; 2. Moderately motivating; 3. Very demotivating; 4. Moderately demotivating. With clear items in the categories that most specifically affect the motivation of the candidates.
