We would like to thank all who joined us at our seminar on the 31st of March held at Hotel President Palace, Belgrade. We shared our insights and knowledge with HR managers, executives, and others who were interested in how to build an effective talent pipeline with world-class methodology – SHL.
Noticing the constant change in our workforce since the pandemic and the global talent shortage, companies are in dire need of tailor-made solutions. Answering the questions every company asks is how they can develop top-performing talent from their very own talent pipeline.
The seminar started with the introduction of Richard Robinson, Director of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. With great anticipation, our speaker Kristina Jevtić tapped into the most intriguing questions every HR manager must deal with:
- “How do I know I have the right people in key positions?”
- “Is my company investing enough in educating, developing, and preparing our talent for future roles?”
- “How do I answer to the market’s constant change of talent management?”
Many of us are presuming now that you need to have an out-of-this-world methodology. Well, we wouldn’t go that far, but our methodology is world-class because of its applicability to give solutions for the even most complex challenges in the HR and Executive world.
One word is all – Succession Planning. From a theoretical standpoint which was the first topic that our speaker covered to the practical implications of SHL’s solutions, we are proud of how the seminar took place.
The next speaker at our #2 Seminar will be Andrei Ion, Ph.D. Andrei holds commendable knowledge and experience in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is a university professor, SHL Cluster Lead for Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and The Czech Republic, as well as SIOP – International Affairs Committee.
